Cable Connection

The Prosight2 Sender unit connect to the Meter unit using a standard CAT5 cable that can be up to 100m in length. The Prosight2 Sender unit is fitted with an industry standard etherCON RJ45 connector, ruggerdised, lockable for confidence and security and comprising a waterproof kit providing IP54 rating when used with a cable fitted with Neutrik NE8MC-1 connectors.

Linking RJ45 cables are readily available for you to choose the lengths you require. (The cable is not included in the standard kit).
